The Beholder is a platform that focuses on empowering young women and girls in broadening perceptions of body image, health, and self-worth beyond what the media or society may have portrayed. Our mission is to break the barriers of negative media influences or feelings of unrest, but rather strive for improving and supporting each eachother. I hope that this platform can bring an uplifting community of love and creativity as well as an educational environment in learning the steps towards a healthier mindset and lifestyle.
